Regulation Reform Committee Presentation to the BOS

Presentation by the Regulation Reform Committee to the Board of Supervisors in Placerville.  The meeting will start at 9:00am and continue until noon.  Our efforts are to clean up the ordinances that have lead to very negative outcomes in the administration of the present ordinances. There will be discussion about: 1. Home Occupations and how they differ from one area to another (EDH is not Gold Hill yet there home Occupation ordinance is the same). 2. Oak Woodlands Management Plan and its effect on building one home 3. Rights to sell agricultural products at vineyards, ranches, or farms 4. This list would be more than 30 items long so I will stop here. Directions to the Board of Supervisors Chambers are: 1. Highway 50 east to Fiorni Road 2. Follow Fiorni Road to the right over the freeway 3. Right on Fair Lane just past the freeway 4. Go to the top of the hill just past the Sheriff’s office to 330 Fair Lane 5. Come on in and enjoy an informative experience.
